This striking design was by architect Anthony Munden who handed over detailed design and building regulations compliance to us. We worked with Touchwood Homes to develop a timber frame design, Advanced Foundation Technology to create an insulated raft foundation, and zinc worker Jason Lecuyer to ensure all details were finely crafted to achieve the architect’s vision.
Windows are by Velfac and roof windows by Fakro.
We then assisted our Clients to cost-plan and manage the build.
The building was substantially completed and inhabited as of Spring 2013.
