Planning consent had been obtained. We worked with Williams Energy Design, Advanced Foundation Technology and Touchwood Homes to develop and refine the detail design so as to obtain a building warrant and ensure both Passivhaus certification (currently in progress) and Scottish Technical Standards Gold (achieved). Completed in 2013.
