Our Clients Paul and Lisa Jackson had obtained planning consent for this new-build house near Andover.
We obtained building regulations approval and undertook detail design, working with the timber frame supplier Touchwood Homes, and Rod Williams of Williams Energy (PHPP modeller), to agree a set of details that would achieve Passivhaus performance whilst achieving the appearance the Client wanted.
Thermal bridge free foundations were provided by Advanced Foundation Technology and windows are by Rationel. Passivhaus certification by WARM.
Completed early 2013. The house is performing as predicted.
